I am ok with Alvin Bragg not prosecuting low level offenses. But he should be consistent with not prosecuting low level offenses and the media should make it clear toeveryone that he isn’t going to prosecute low level offenses

A lot of criminals are poor or have low paying jobs because they didn’t want to go to college to get an education

People shouldn’t be apathetic to criminals or counterproductive aspirations, they should try to concern themselves or help said criminals . This is the spirit of helping

I am pragmatically against Criminal Justice Reform

I am more than tolerant on the view that people who are arrested for stealing are not political victims but common criminals

I am against defunding or abolishing the police but we should challenge any violence including police violence

I am pragmatically Radically Centrist lean moral strong support (as in moral victory) on the Qualified immunity act

I support Breonna’s Law (we should not live in a world where we should worry about the police killing us or our family while we are in our homes or where police can bust into our homes in the middle of thr night while we are sleeping)

I support the ban of the warrantless use of various forms of surveillance technology from plate readers to stingray.

I believe we need to reduce the police by not giving them a reason to be so bloated through better healthcare, education system and better housing instead of directly (since those things would mean low crime and low crime would lead to a reduction in police)

I am against the Death Penalty in over 90 percent of death penalty verdicts

I support pragmatic law and order

Drugs

I am against Cocaine, Heroin, LSD, Fentanyl, Crystal Meth, Synthetic Marijuana, Purple Haze and Crack being legalized or decriminalized. 

I only want non synthetic Marijuana to be legalized on the state level for rec use and decriminalized on the federal level for rec use . I want non synthetic Marijuana to be legalized on the state and federal level for medical use. 

People should NOT use Cocaine, Synthetic Marijuana, Crystal Meth, Purple Haze, Heroin, Fentanyl, LSD or Crack for rec use ever. Just say no. I am neutral on whether they should use non synthetic Marijuana for rec use

I am fine with Mushrooms being legalized and Special K being decriminalized

I can live with Cocaine (powder and injectable) and Crack (powder only) being legal for something between medical use and rec use but with high regulation and as a social experiment. If everything goes good with that social experiment, I will then be open hearted to Cocaine (powder and injectable) and Crack (powder only) being decriminalized for rec use

Employees should be fired for doing drugs while working since drugs have no place on the job . I support drug testing for all rec drugs and jobs having rules against employees doing drugs. 

I support mandatory minimum sentencing for some hard drug users as long as they are put on work furlough then a nursing home to finish out their sentence where they would get less time unfree than they do now under mandatory minimum sentencing

I support bringing the Anti Drug Abuse Act of 1986 back but only for people in the future caught with future drugs worse than Fentanyl and for middle men/women in the drug dealing trade caught with most types of hard drugs
