Migration

I support strong borders. I am not a supporter of mass immigration or illegal immigration

Personally and Systematically , since I am a Libertarian,  I support freedom of movement including migration and emigration as a human right. The government should not discriminate on a persons lace of origin. So personally and systematically I support Amnesty, with little to no restrictions. However migrants with violent backgrounds or intents should not be allowed to become American citizens, and possibly should be deported

Legality wise, on migration/refugees my ideal policy is somewhere between a a 'just short of a Path to Citizenship' policy (like the one in Build Back Better), a pragmatic slightly more conservative version of the Self Deportation policy and a somewhat more liberal Guest worker program that also fuses with Boris Johnson and the Conservative Party UK's Points Based Immigration System . I also favor a modern IRCA at some point in the next decade or so but a IRCA with a Mises caucus would amendment

Legality wise, I agree with a lot of the Bush Center's migration policies

Migrants to the US should learn English

I support Malcolm Turnbull’s migrant exchange with the US (assuming the migrants were vetted enough)

I am against closed borders for Libertarian reasons

On free healthcare for illegals I between tolerate and support incrementalism

I condone Australia’s hardline immigration laws under Scott Morrison in 2020 and 2021 since in 2020 and 2021 Australia needed to heavily restrict immigration

I support Brexit

I am a Euroskeptic

I am against the TPP
